Conditioning (MMA-Fit)

Our conditioning class is designed to make sure that your body is robust and ready to get the job done! The MMA-Fit Conditioning workouts are comprised of Bagwork, Transitional Drills, Partner Excercises, Body Conditioning and Stretching.
