HIIT / Circuit Training

Our High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Circuit Training sessions combine all the best elements of strength, conditioning and cardio into a class designed to build functional fitness.

Training includes Strength & Conditioning using Free Weights, Kettlebells, Strength Bags, Slam Balls, Body Weight & Partner Exercises and is guaranteed to help you get a sweat on.
