A dedicated introduction class to Calisthenics - the realm of body-weight exercises and street based workouts.

Our Calisthenics sessions are intended to increase body strength and flexibility through movements such as pulling or pushing oneself up, bending, jumping, or swinging. Using only your own body weight for resistance and usually coupled with stretching, Calisthenics is a safe and friendly workout option for members of all fitness levels.

When performed vigorously and with variety, calisthenics can provide the benefits of muscular and aerobic conditioning, in addition to improving skills such as balance, agility and coordination.
