Style Overview

BJJ Grading System
At CORE MMA we run Brazilian Jiu Jitsu grades to cover all the grappling elements of our syllabus.
The belts for BJJ are as follows:
- White - 'cinto branco'(Some schools include 0-4 stripes here)
- Blue - 'faixa azul'
- Purple - 'faixa roxa'
- Brown - 'faixa marrom'
- Black - 'preto'
