Youth Sambo
New for 2024, CORE MMA is excited to be offering our own dedicated Youth Sambo session. The programme is Sport-Sambo based (no striking) - working on wrestling for takedowns and control. For more details on Sambo as a martial art, check out our Sambo style overview.
Class Timetable
Fridays - Youth Sport Sambo 4-5pm.
Gear Requirements
Sambo or BJJ Jacket and appropriate fight shorts.
