Nathaniel has had a long and painful relationship with exercise. At the beginning of his journey he was weighing in at 138kg - and after a big health scare he became motivated to take the first step towards a healthier lifestyle. After a sustained effort to reach a comfortable bodyweight, Nathaniel finally hit his goal at 93 kgs - with motivation and confidence boosted.
