Using our double-leg to both hold and take opponents down off the wall is an absolute fundamental of Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). In this variant, we look at dropping low to our knees, sitting back and loading our opponent on our shoulder - before expanding up, lifting them, clearing the legs and dumping them down into side control. This variation works best when our opponent already leans over us - to grab the body or to take a guillotine.
