Using our double-leg to both hold and take opponents down off the wall is an absolute fundamental of Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). In this third variant, we look at reaping/pulling our opponents legs straight out from underneath them when they lean back against the wall to stay upright. This seems like a really simple option but it tends to only work when the right situation is aligned. This will happen more frequently once youre using the Head-high, Head-low variations.
