Take a look at these various Single Leg finishes, and how they can be integrated into an overall strategy for attacking from a single leg position.

  • Running the Pipe (Head Inside)
  • Running the Pipe (Head Outside)
  • Pass to the Back
  • Pass to the Front / Knee-tap Double
  • Cradle
  • High-Crutch / Up & Dump

I recommend drilling each technique off both left and right sides. When attacking the legs against the fence or in a double-leg position, we can never be 100% certain which leg we'll be left with on the grip.
