By isolating the correct planes of movement for our basic punches, we can focus on placing effort where we will get the best transfer into effective force.
The first level is to be able to complete this whilst staying stationary, and then later whilst on the move.
This is a great drill for mirror training. Find a glass door or large reflective surface and see if you can isolate the correct planes for each punch. Give it a try and let us know how you go!
