Here we take our first look at standup grappling and the Clinch; overhooks, underhooks and the combinations of the two. We can then use Pummeling to try and get the underhooks as desired. Partner Pummeling is a great drill for developing balance, timing and body awareness. If we can work our way towards double underhooks, then we can use the bearhug or bodylock takedown to take them down and establish the mount.
