Join coach Frankie Jarrett introductory session on how to use Boxing Paddles to effectively improve your punching for MMA, Kickboxing & Boxing.

Paddles have the great advantage for the pad-holder of reduced stress on the joints when catching the boxers punches. They are also lighter and lengthier than focus mits or thai pads, offering fast interactive drills for offense/defence and reflex training.

You can structure your workout either to drill specific movements for reps, or as a free-flow form to get the heart rate up.
