The Head & Arm Choke works by creating an inclosed loop around our partners neck and shoulder, and using the shoulder as a wedge to increase the pressure and cut off the bloodflow to the brain.
It's a versatile choke that can be set up from a variety of positions. Here we look at using it when our opponent tries to push away from the Scarfhold pin.
