Here's the third level of our Hand & Foot Timing Drills, using the footwork ladder. For this set, we're going to combine the previous two levels to throw a jab-cross combination. The goal is to keep the focus on the footwork and the correct timing of the hands (rather than aiming for power).
This is a great solo drill, but equally as good if you have a partner and some pads available. You can repeat a set number of laps or set the timer and go for AMRAP. Give it a try!
