Here's a simple flow drill to help you learn the 3x different angles where we can attack for the Anaconda, the Darce, and the Head & Arm Choke. This is a great exercise for understanding the similarities and the differences in the arm triangle chokes. Here's some training suggestions:
- 1. Flow through the movements following the initial order as described here
- 2. Try repeat the other direction around the world
- 3. Try with your eyes closed
- 4. Try randomise a starting position and pick the correct choke (sprawl, spin, go)
