Our BootCamp sessions are a strength & conditioning course designed to focus on functional fitness. Free for CORE MMA members, get in contact and book your spot!

Training will include Strength & Conditioning using Free Weights, Kettlebells, Strength Bags, Slam Balls, Body Weight & Partner Exercises.
