Style Overview

Adults BJJ Class Timetable

Monday

Adults BJJ (Gi) 6-7pm

Wrestling 7pm-8pm

 

Tuesday

Morning BJJ 7-8am

Nogi Technique (Both Beginners & Advanced)  6-7pm

Nogi Live Drills & Rolling 7-8pm

 

Wednesday

Adults BJJ (Gi) 6-7pm

Beginners BJJ (Gi) & Gi Takedowns / Sambo 7-8pm

 

Thursday

Morning BJJ 7-8am

Nogi Technique (Both Beginners & Advanced) 6-7pm

Live Drills & Rolling 7-8pm

  

Weekdays (Mon-Fri)

Lunchtime BJJ 12:30-1:30pm

 

BJJ Grading System

At CORE MMA we run Brazilian Jiu Jitsu grades to cover all the grappling elements of our syllabus.
The belts for BJJ are as follows:

  • White - 'cinto branco'(Some schools include 0-4 stripes here)
  • Blue - 'faixa azul'
  • Purple - 'faixa roxa'
  • Brown - 'faixa marrom'
  • Black - 'preto'
